Improving Baseball Players Without The Setbacks
I’m a former Division I baseball player who competed for five years across multiple regions of the United States, serving as both a starting and relieving pitcher against top programs like Arkansas, Virginia, Auburn, Baylor, DBU, Oklahoma, and many more.
I hold a Master’s in Sports & Exercise Science and a Bachelor’s in Sports Management Operations. Over the years, I’ve worked with more than 2,000 athletes across different sports — helping them improve athleticism, durability, mobility, and performance. For baseball my coaching experience includes extensive time with the Texas Baseball Ranch, Florida Baseball Ranch, Tread Athletics, and Driveline, giving me a deep and versatile understanding of player development.
As both an athlete and coach, I spent over eight years at the Texas and Florida Baseball Ranches, where I helped develop the Legacy Program — a mentorship initiative focused on leadership, service, and mental development. Through thousands of hours studying biomechanics and slow-motion video analysis, I’ve developed a detailed understanding of how movement impacts performance and injury risk. My goal is to help baseball players move more athletic, perform stronger, and stay injury-free.
Before my college career, I was a state champion baseball player in Texas, earning All-State honors as both a pitcher and position player. I was ranked eighth at third base in the state. For High School at IMG Academy in Florida, I was the #1 overall draft pick in the IMG Baseball Academy Draft and was voted MVP when our team was ranked #2 in the nation.
I also received offers to play independent professional baseball in Ottawa, Canada, and Australia, but during the COVID year, I decided to pivot toward my passion for performance, movement, and athlete development — and that’s where I’ve stayed ever since.
